Replacement Policy


Our replacement policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange for damaged goods.

We do not offer refunds for our books unless they are damaged, in which case we will replace them as long as you are eligible.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide a photograph of the damaged condition that you received the book in. It must also be in the original packaging.  You must send a digital image of the damage within 30 days of your purchase to {}.

To complete your return/refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase that is valid within the last 30 days.


Once the image of your damaged book is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved your damaged item for replacement. We will also notify you in the case of the rejection of the evidence of your damaged book.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and new book will be mailed to you, within 10 days.

Late or missing replacements

If you haven’t received a replacement within the allotted time, please contact us at {}.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive the exchange for your damaged book directly.
